Who we are
Padel Clubs UK (Padelclubs.uk) is an independent padel information and enquiry service, associated with Spot Blue International Property Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We act as data controller for information you send through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to submit in the enquiry form: your name, email address, required phone number, optional town or region, your area of interest (playing, courts, property or general), your message and your consent confirmation. To protect against spam, the form also performs a small computational check in your browser and sends a one-time security token and its solution; these do not identify you.
Like most web servers, ours may briefly process technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
We use your details solely to read and respond to your enquiry and, where you ask, to introduce you to a relevant specialist. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your request. We never sell your data.
Sharing
We will not pass your details to a third party such as a coach, court adviser or property specialist for their own purposes without first telling you and obtaining your agreement. Our service providers include Replit for hosting and database storage, and Web3Forms for enquiry notification emails. After your enquiry is saved, your browser submits your name, email, optional contact details, interest, message and enquiry reference to Web3Forms to deliver the notification. That service may also process technical information such as your IP address for security and spam prevention. See the Web3Forms privacy policy. Provider processing may involve international transfers; applicable safeguards must be maintained by the operator.
Retention
We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond, handle follow-up questions or meet applicable legal obligations. We review stored enquiries and delete information that is no longer necessary. You can request deletion using the contact form, subject to any lawful reason for retaining a record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Make a request through our contact form. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page use and navigation on our public website. It is disabled until you select Accept analytics. Google may process online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and usage information, including outside the UK. We do not send enquiry form fields to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Our lawful basis for optional analytics is consent. You can withdraw it using the preference controls on our Cookies page. Withdrawal stops future collection through our tag and clears accessible Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already collected. See our cookie policy and Google's privacy policy for details. Analytics data retention also depends on the settings held in our Google Analytics account.
